There are two ways to file a Complaint, through our online platform (please proceed with the form below), alternatively, please download and fill out the UDRP Complaint Form (EN), French, Espanol, then return it via email to resolution@ciidrc.org. A Complaint must be submitted in searchable PDF format.

COMPLAINT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE UNIFORM DOMAIN NAME DISPUTE RESOLUTION POLICY

This Complaint is submitted for decision in accordance with the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (the “Policy”), adopted by the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) on August 26, 1999 and approved by ICANN on October 24, 1999, the Rules for Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (the “UDRP Rules”), approved by ICANN on September 28, 2013, and in effect as of July 31, 2015, and the Canadian International Internet Dispute Resolution Centre (the “Centre” or the “CIIDRC” or the “Provider”) Supplemental Rules for Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (the “Supplemental Rules”) in effect as of May 9, 2018.

If your Domain Names TLD (Top Level Domain) isn't listed in the above generic top-level domains (gTLDs) or country code top-level domains (ccTLDs) lists then it is not covered under the UDRP rules. CIIDRC cannot process a complaint for a Domain Name not covered by UDRP. To avoid a filing fee please do not proceed further.
