A non-refundable filing fee is payable by the Complainant upon the commencement of a .CA domain name dispute resolution proceeding under the CIRA Domain Name Dispute Resolution Rules.
The panel fees set out below are separate from, and payable in addition to, the applicable non-refundable filing fee. Panel fees are payable only upon appointment of the Panel and are not required in advance of such appointment. Accordingly, panel fees are not due at the time the Complaint is filed.
The fees set out below are effective September 1, 2026, and apply to all proceedings commenced on or after that date.

Credit card payments +3.5%.
All funds are in Canadian Dollars.
All amounts are subject to the relevant sales tax(es), if/as applicable
