Professional Experience
Since 2001, a principal at Adlex Solicitors, London, handling Internet, domain name law and IP, including representing parties in hundreds of domain name disputes, as well as dealing with Internet reputation, website terms and privacy, and web-related contracts. From 1991 to 2001, a solicitor/partner at City of London law firm Withers Worldwide, handling Internet, technology and IP disputes.
Arbitration Experience
Since 2001, delivered some 750 decisions as a domain name dispute panelist for WIPO, Forum, Nominet UK and the Czech Arbitration Court under the UDRP as well as under many ccTLDs such as .uk, .eu, .ie.
Professional and Other Activities
Member of the WIPO-ICA UDRP Review Project Team that issued its report in April 2025. Since 2001, regularly attending and presenting at WIPO, Nominet UK and other bodies’ annual panelist meetings.
