Professional Experience
Spanish intellectual property lawyer and ADR specialist with over 30 years of professional experience. Reyes holds degrees in Law and Business Administration (ICADE-Comillas, Madrid, 1990), as well as postgraduate LL.M. qualifications in Intellectual Property and International Arbitration from prestigious institutions, including the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb). She obtained the highest score nationwide in the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office qualifying examination (2007) and has been an active CIArb member since 2020.
Reyes has served as a UDRP panelist in more than 370 cases for WIPO and other dispute resolution providers. She has also collaborated with the WIPO Academy in UDRP-related training programs and acts as a WIPO mediator and arbitrator.

Arbitrator and Mediator for WIPO, INTA (in the former Network of Mediators), and various ADR Centers,
including the Chamber of Commerce of Alicante and Valencia, the Alicante’s Attorneys Bar Association, in
Spain, and the London Court of International Arbitration, since 2015. Over 20 arbitrations and 30 mediations.
WIPO UDRP Panelist since 2014. Over 350 cases, as either sole panelist, panelist member or presiding
panelist in three member panel cases. All UDRP generic Top-Level Domains (“gTLD”), and various country
code Top-Level Domains (“ccTLD”), including .EU, .ES, .CO, .IO, .AE, .AI, .CO, .IR, .CAT, .PY, and .MD
MFSD, IP Mediation and Arbitration Center, Mediator, Arbitrator, and UDRP and URS (Uniform Rapid
Suspension System) Panelist. I have decided a few URS cases (less than 5).

Academic Qualifications
Member of the WIPO Academy since 2016. Reyes has collaborated with the Academy by delivering training on UDRP, mediation, arbitration, and online trademark protection in programs organized jointly with institutions such as the University of Alicante, the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office, and the Industrial Organization Academy, as well as in various online seminars.
Invited speaker at the North American Entertainment and Intellectual Property Law Summit, delivering presentations at its annual meetings in 2017, 2018, and 2019.
Collaborator with the Spain–U.S. Chamber of Commerce in Florida, in various online seminars related to IP protection on the Internet and blockchain technologies.
