We have remained in full operation during the past few months despite COVID-19. The Canadian International Internet Dispute Resolution Centre (CIIDRC) has received an increasing number of new cases, and decisions are being rendered in a timely fashion.
We’ve also made some refinements to our website to improve speed and performance. We appreciate feedback from users of the ciidrc.org website and take all suggestions into consideration. This approach has proven particularly effective during the COVID-19 crisis.
